We brought Danny in to manage a complex workstream in our Peak plans. I knew from the interview that Danny would be a good fit – personable, confident, articulate and a great attention to detail in the interview translated well to what he delivered for us. He soon got up to speed and won the confidence of senior people in the organisation and that carried on throughout his time with us, picking up more deliverables in his time with us.

I worked with Danny on a significant restructure project. Danny was a business lead and I was the Change Management lead and I always found working with Danny simple and straight forward. He was always open to hearing new ideas and bringing the business lense to the discussion, to help assess the suitablility of approaches, equally giving appropriate challenge when needed. He was always on top of the actions required, assigning resource and tuned into the key risk areas. I’d not hesitate to say that Danny would be an asset to any business, quickly getting to know what is important and where to assign focus on any project.

Danny took the lead on the project and responded positively to suggested improvements identified on how we could improve the management of the project he was tasked with managing. Danny and his team joined us to lead a critical workstream focused on Learning & Development readiness in support of a major service proposition launch.
